How long does installation take?

Most residential installations are completed in a single day. From the time you sign off on a template, expect roughly 1–2 weeks until installation, depending on material availability and shop schedule.

What is the difference between quartz and granite?

Granite is a 100% natural stone — every slab is unique, heat resistant, and needs to be sealed periodically. Engineered quartz is made from natural quartz blended with resin, offering more consistent color/pattern, no sealing, and excellent stain resistance.

How do I maintain my countertops?

Accepted Answer

Quartz: wipe with mild soap and water — no sealing needed. Granite: clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and reseal every 1–3 years depending on the slab and use. Avoid leaving acidic liquids (lemon, vinegar) sitting on either surface.

Can I bring my own slab?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can fabricate and install slabs you've sourced yourself, or take you to a partner slab yard to pick one with our help.

Do you handle plumbing and faucet hookups?

We disconnect plumbing for countertop removal and reconnect on the same install day in most cases. For new construction or major changes, we'll coordinate with your plumber.
